Push ups are hard. *whine*
While week 5 was challenging, I feel that it went well. I repeated the last day of week 5 before moving on to week 6.
After reading more carefully, I may repeat the last two days of week 5 again instead of dropping into column one for week 6. It was also really hard to finish up that last set of 45 push ups. Having done the rest of the program in column two, I’d like to finish up on track!
Even though I have had to repeat a few weeks and have missed a few days, I feel stronger and have upgraded my arm status from “noodle” to “al dente.” Who is still with me?
