Why coaching?
I call myself a healthy life coach. My certification is as a Holistic Health Coach, but what does that mean to you? You are the expert on you and your life. You already know what you need to do. I help you figure out why you’re not doing it and support you to start.
How does this …coaching thang work?
You may think that coaches are for hippies, or eccentric rich people, or Olympic athletes. That might be true, but coaching is much more “normal” than you think. My clients are regular people who simply want more out of life.
What’s the process like? First, we set some goals. You’re the expert on you, I’m just there to help. Next, we strategize how you can achieve them. We tackle road blocks and resistance, and detour when the need arises. You feel empowered and happy, and I’m there to cheer you on!
While I may give advice and suggestions from time to time, it’s not my job to tell you what to do. My job is to help you uncover what you want to do, then support the crap out of you to actually do it. It rocks.

Group Programs
Working in a like-minded group allows you to have a wider network of support at a lower cost than working with me one-on-one. My next group is coming up just in time for the holidays!

Individual Programs
Working one-on-one allows me to be laser-focused on your specific situation. While I definitely give individual attention in my group programs, this method is all you you you! If you’re not comfortable opening up in front of groups, you’re having trouble translating general advice to your own specific blocks, or you just want to invest in yourself, individual coaching could be the right fit. Some results you may experience:

Email Coaching
If you’re a previous client who just wants some structured support, you’re busy, or you travel a lot, email coaching is a great way to stay accountable and on track with your goals.
Email coaching includes:
- Goal setting
- Exercises and worksheets
- Weekly check-in emails
- Unlimited email support with 24-hour maximum response time
- Flexible scheduling and budget-friendly support

Kick in the Pants
You’re stuck. You know what you need to do, but you can’t find the motivation to do it. You’re tired of feeling lazy and guilty and just want to move forward. You don’t need a long-term program, just a boost to get you started.
I can help. A (loving) Kick in the Pants includes:
- A pre-session workbook to help you get clear and make the most of your session
- One bad-ass 2-hour coaching session via phone or Skype for massive breakthroughs
- A 30-minute follow-up session within the next 3 weeks to keep you on track
- Session notes and recommendations
- Email support for the month

1 Month Mindset Shift
For people with one or two roadblocks who need a push to get moving again. We won’t have time to make over your whole life in a month, but we can get you out of the muck and back on the road. This could be a dietary shift, a life changing event, or you’re “OK,” but you feel that you’ve hit a wall and want to be happier.
- One weekly 60-minute kick-ass coaching session via phone or Skype for 4 weeks
- Weekly recommendations
- Weekly goals
- Worksheets to get you thinking
- Handouts for additional information
- Email support between sessions
- Other services can be added on, particularly for local clients

12-Week Tuneup – (through November 2012)
For people who need support around more or larger goals. Taking 3 months to address your trouble spots allows us to dig deeper and integrate more lifestyle changes that will really stick. This could be introducing healthier eating habits along with reducing stress and improving your relationships, or creating more energy and feeling more productive and focused in your life.
- Six 60-minute coaching session to be used within 12 weeks

- Monthly goals

During our initial 30-minute Spotlight Session (a $125 value for FREE) we will discuss your unique situation in depth and determine if we are a good fit and how I can support you to reach your personal goals. If not, I’m happy to point you in the right direction!
Please note that I do not list prices for my services. I tailor each program for each client, so the prices may vary. If this is something you really want and aren’t sure how to work it into your budget, I’m happy to discuss those options with you once we’ve determined if we’re a good fit. Coaching is an investment in yourself and you’re worth it.
