I found their bread recipe on Mother Earth NEws’ website and have been using it for a couple months now. LOVE it, super easy, nice crust. They have a great website, too: http://www.artisanbreadinfive.com/
Cute post, too. Poor kid, needs bread. What to do…what to do…
Jody, I got ABin5 for Christmas and have liked their technique (also Zoe Francois is a local author for me!). The bread is a tad salty for me, but it’s much easier to work with than the NYTimes no-knead recipes, I think.
Which of their breads is your favorite? I’ve made the basic, the wheat, the granola bread (and granola!), the olive oil bread for pizza and a calzone… I think that’s it so far!
