Yesterday, I needed a nap.
We had a fabulous time at brunch with some friends from high school who I hadn’t seen recently enough. Then we picked up my sister-in-law and did some clothes and shoe shopping for my husband. After moderate success (and lunch) I needed a nap.
My darling spouse took his sister home, then stopped at the grocery store for just a few items we needed. He didn’t get them all, but he did come home with an armful of gladiolus, one of my very favorite flowers. Thanks, honey!
