My acupuncturist (who is awesome) recently joined Twitter. She posted a link to a new favorite article about “mindful eating.”
Her practice (acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine) is based on a holistic approach to health. Diet is a huge part of it, so the idea of “mindful eating” really does make sense. In fact, I agree with the article.
But I was totally eating a completely stress-motivated hot fudge sundae after an already-huge lunch when I sat down to read the article. FAIL!
