Look at that, it’s already November 15th. How the time flies!
I thought I would give myself a break from editing food photos after two weeks to show you the cute little kitchen scoops I picked up the other day.
It’s actually a set of three: 1/4 cup, 1/3 cup, and 1/2 cup. The smallest one is in use for the cat’s food. The other two I use for flour and oats and think they are pretty darn useful.
So useful, in fact, that I bought an extra set.
But it’s orange. I don’t like orange. Is this the little orange hen? I think not.
But maybe you like orange. Because these are for you, not me. Just for fun.
I am giving them away! They are not gold-plated, they don’t do anything fancy except for scoop. But I like them and hope you will, too.
Time’s up!

Pumpkin pie, of course!
Cranberry relish
Leftover Turkey sandwiches slathered with homemade cranberry sauce.
It’s not specifically a Thanksgiving dish, but it is a dish that without it, it wouldn’t feel like Thanksgiving for me: my great-grandmother’s split potato biscuits.
Love orange. =) My favorite dish is this squash casserole that my MIL makes – heaven in a pan! Makes my mouth water just thinking about it.
My favorite dish is green bean casserole!
My step-mom’s cranberry relish or my grandma’s cheesey rutabaga. And I never have to fight Chuck for the rutabaga because he’s a hater.
hey guess who’s kitchen is orange…..
i like me a big fat turkey.
Hi Stacy,
I love the blue scoops. But what I’m completely taken with is the tablecloth underneath! Where did you get it??
Fav Thanksgiving dish? Too many to list! Cranberry sauce that I make myself. The kids alway request ‘Grandma Rylander Rolls’ which come from a family recipe. Oh and pumpkin pie!
They’re actually place mats from Crate&Barrel. It’s a seasonal pattern that has been discontinued for a few years, but they JUST had a fall one that looked really similar which I saw in stores (but not online) 2 weeks ago — with matching table runner. It’s my favorite set!
My favorite Thanksgiving dish is Great Grandma Burnett’s sweet potatoes. No marshmallows, just sugar and maple syrup and BUTTER!!!!
Mary Anne’s favorite Thanksgiving dish is left-over turkey and Jeannie’s stuffing.
