Wow, week 4 is HARD.
Continuing to do knee push-ups in column two, the first day has us at a total of 97 (!), the second day at 113 (!!), and the last at 130 (!!!). Ouch. Those last few were really challenging.
The upside is that I definitely feel stronger. The first set doesn’t feel that hard, and the first few push ups of each subsequent set don’t either. By the last set, it’s definitely work, though!
A day off, then an exhaustion test will show me where to go for week 5! Who’s still with us??? How are your arms?
