It was 70 degrees today! I would like to eat fruit all the time now. Possibly in dessert form:
- Crumb Cake at King Arthur Flour just looks so good.
- Rhubarb Tart with Orange Glaze at Pete Bakes!
- Lime Meringue Tart at Baking Bites
- My own Key lime pie recipe now that we have eggs again
- The strawberries in the fridge, plain.

I think I’m making it today. I might have to make a trip to CTC with some of it – Reid doesn’t like rhubarb (but I love him anyway) and I can’t justify eating a whole batch. I *can* eat a whole batch, just can’t justify it.
Oooh, those look yummy, too. If you need to dispose of some, there’s a manager at a hotel downtown who would volunteer to help…. ;p
I really like rhubarb, but we don’t have our own! Hopefully my parents’ plant is flourishing and we will get the benefit of that!
