My husband had yesterday off work and was already out running some errands, so he picked up our latest group of vegetables. We’re still in winter, so most of the items are repeats (or things we still have in the fridge from previous shares!), but we got a few new things to try.
In my efforts to amuse myself and take better photos, this week will be all large photos of individual veggies. Ready? Go.
Spaghetti squash
Red cabbage
Green tomatoes
Curly endive
A huge bunch of cilantro
Fresh sage
Red leaf lettuce
Celery
Easter Egg radishes
Golden chard
Two giant fennel bulbs
Red Monarch kale
Multi-colored carrots
Radicchio
Red and gold beets
All red (beets, cabbage, leaf lettuce, kale, radishes, radicchio, carrots), green (endive, sage, cilantro, celery, tomatoes, fennel) and gold (beets, chard, squash) this week.
I’ve been running around a lot in the last few days and I have so many posts to write up for you! I’m excited about them, but a little behind. It’s been fun activities so I can’t complain (except for the parking ticket, that was lame).

Lee told me it was your fault she bought so many veggies… But the kale she made was fabulous!
