You may know that I live in San Diego, but I actually do most of my coaching via the phone. Including classes. Like the one I have tonight.

About ninjas.

I have the same conversation with people over and over.
“I know I should eat better and exercise more. But I don’t.”
“Why not?”
*uncomfortable squirming* “Weeeeelll…..”

People want to be changed, but the actual changing part doesn’t sound any fun. Diets mean deprivation and hunger and no more dessert ever, right?

Ninjas don’t diet. Ninjas sneak in healthy habits. And you can, too.
