Oof. I’m done with week 2 of the hundred push ups program. This was on top of moving in to our new apartment, just my husband and me. My shoulders are a little sore. The last day has me doing 60 push ups!
We’re going to run some errands and go to the Birch Aquarium today, but when we get back I will do my exhaustion test before starting week 3.
How is everyone else doing?

I’m finished with week 2 today. Oof 80 pushups is a lot. I’m interested to see how I do on the exhaustion test tomorrow. I can tell I’ve gotten a lot stronger.
Hooray! That’s what I like about the program: it’s not impossible and you get fast results to help keep motivated. But I agree that I feel stronger.
After all the stirring and whisking for that cake I skipped the exhaustion test and just continued in the second column. Week 3 may need repeating. It’s hard!
