kitchen goodies

Why do I torture myself? I keep thinking of ideas for delicious things to bake, but they all require baking dishes that I do not own. So I obviously need them, right?

Nor Pro Porcelain Ramekins 6pc set

How do I not own ramekins? Strange.

Wilton Excelle Elite 4-Inch Round Tart/Quiche Pan, Set of 6

Or a tart pan of any size! Gah.
My imaginary puddings and tarts are fantastic, but cannot be realized due a lack of pans. Cruel world!

Silpat 11-5/8-by-16-1/2-Inch Nonstick Silicone Baking Mat

Today I also realized that I am getting low on parchment paper. Silicone baking mats are reusable, though!

I definitely recommend the ramekins. Maybe you need a Bed Bath and Beyond shopping trip? Also Marshals often has marked down high end kitchen wares. Your peach almond tart looks yummy. :) I’ll have to try that brioche dough when I return to my normal life.

Oh, hey thanks. More things for me to buy!

Katya, what I probably need to do is stop finding kitchen gadgets to buy at all. hehehe. And the brioche dough honestly takes like 5 minutes to mix up! It’s so easy!

Sorry, Ronnie. At least these aren’t expensive!
