a pumpkin retrospective

by Stacy

I’m in a minor frenzy right now trying to work from home on a big project, pack, and leave for the airport in an hour to go home for a week over the holidays. That sound you hear right now? That’s my head exploding.

Since I squandered all my “free” time uploading photos for posting later this week and didn’t have time to write posts for them, I’m reminding you of some of last fall’s content. Specifically, pumpkinpalooza! What can I say, the name amuses me.

So while I am getting felt up at the airport, you can plan some baking.

pumpkin scones

Pumpkin Scones would be a great post-holiday brunch item.

pumpkin spice waffles

If you want to make a theme, you could also whip up some Pumpkin Waffles.

pumpkin tacos

For dinner, mix it up with some Pumpkin Tacos

pumpkin sage pasta

Or how about Pumpkin and Sage Pasta?

What’s your favorite use for pumpkin?
